Cold-storage chambers

Our chambers are widely used. There is a number of examples for the industrial application, ranging from cooling technique to food processing.

The following application areas are to be highlighted briefly:

Storing chambers, freezing chambers, shockers, incubating chambers, dough-raising chambers, mortuary chambers, drying chambers, air-conditioned rooms for measuring machines (zeiss), cooling containers.

We build our small cooling chambers - which we offer to our customers assembled – from the following profiles:

WALL PANEL

Thickness: 60-200 mm, the outer and internal armature is hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 25 µm thick polyester coating, in RAL 9010 colour.
Width of panels: 1,170 mm
Panel joints: flashed, heat-bridge free joints
Insulation: density of 43 kg/m3, hard FCKW-free polyurethane foam

 

General applications:
 
For cooled areas: NZ70    K=0,27 W/m2K
For deep freezers:    NZ100 K=0,19 W/m2K
For shockers:      NZ140 K=0,14 W/m2K

CORNER PANEL

Its special form provides heat-bridge free joints in the corners.
Corner panels are available in the following sizes in the table below:

CLOSING PANEL

Thickness: 60-200 mm, the outer and internal armature is hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 25 µm thick polyester coating, in RAL 9010 colour.
The width of the elements results from the actual size required, however between 200 mm and 1,170 mm.
Panel joints: flashed, heat-bridge free joints.
Insulation: density of 43 kg/m3, hard FCKW-free polyurethane foam

FLOOR PANEL

There are seven forms of floor; from FORM1 to FORM7.
Standard design (FORM1): the lower armature is 0,5 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the upper armature is 9-layered birch plate with resin joint, and WISA anti-slip coating.
Floor thickness: 60-200 mm, flashed joint, the wall panel is surrounded with rabbet, heat-bridge free joint.
Insulation: density of 43 kg/m3, hard FCKW-free polyurethane foam
Distributed load capacity of the floor panel is 3,000 kg/m2 and 150 kg / wheel load.  

FORM 2

9-layered, laminated plate, with wear-resisting plastic covering, anti-slip pattern, foamed bracing members, 300 kg/wheel load capacity, and 5,000 kg/m2 distributed load capacity.

FORM 3

Aluminium ribbed slab 2/3.5 mm glued and riveted on insulating panel. Only suitable for manual storing. Load capacity is 1,000/m2.

FORM 4

Aluminium ribbed slab glued on the 9-layer AW 100 glued laminated plate with 100 kg/wheel load capacity. Distributed load capacity is 3,000 kg/m2.

FORM 5

Stanless steel anti-slip slab glued on the 9-layer AW 100 glued laminated plate with 100 kg/ wheel capacity. Distributed load capacity is 3,000 kg/m2.

FORM 6

Galvanized floor, load capacity: tread proof

FORM 7

9-layered, laminated slab with 100 kg/wheel load capacity and 2.5-3 mm resin covering. Distributed load capacity is 3,000 kg/m2.

ROOF PANEL

Thickness: 60-200 mm, the outer armature is hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the inner armature is hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 25 µm thick polyester coating, in RAL 9010 colour
Roof panel joints: flashed, the wall panel is surrounded with rabbet, heat-bridge free joint.
Insulation: density of 43 kg/m3, hard FCKW-free polyurethane foam

REFRIGERATOR DOOR

Single- or double-wing opening door of optional opening size, with JUMBO 6000 type safety lock in RAL 7001 colour and emergency lock. The hinges are assembled with FUTURO lifting straps; the rod lock is galvanized and stainless.
The rubber gaskets are type Frigidens 192, L630131 and E102, with case and door frame heating for negative temperature range.
The heating cable has 230V design voltage with silicone covering.
The sliding door is of optional opening size, with FERMOD hardware and gasket, door frame and door-step heating for negative temperature range.

ACCESSORIES

The pressure equalizer is a stainless Hemstedt type.
The lightning is a 75W leading oval armature with porcelain holder and glass covering; the switch is equipped with control light and bipolar IP55 protection.

ASSEMBLING MATERIALS

Assembling profiles are plate profiles with polyester covering, in the same colour that of the panel.
Batten is arched PVC profile with hidden fixation.
Collision protection is plain polyester with 100x100 mm flat profile.
Gasket is SZILICON Na type neutral silicone sealing paste.
